Deepen your practice and expand your spiritual understanding!

The second level of this program will support you in deepening your self-exploration through Kundalini Yoga. Santhi will introduce additional practices (if necessary) tailored to your current stage of practice and personal journey.

Who Can Attend?
All students who have previously participated in the first-level Kundalini retreats with the School of Santhi are eligible to enroll in the second-level program.
This includes participants from the First-level retreat held at River County, Kallar, 2023 and at Sudha’s residence near Kanakakunnu Palace, Thiruvananthapuram, earlier this year.

Food & Refreshments:

Refreshments will be served. Lunch can be bought from nearby restaurants or bring your own.

Accommodation:

Please note that accommodation is not included in the program, as it is a day-long event. However, our yoga center is conveniently located in the heart of Trivandrum, surrounded by a variety of homestays and hotels to fit different preferences and budgets. You may also find suitable options on Airbnb for a comfortable stay nearby.
